Data Center LLC, a home–grown Louisiana Company of forty (40) years, is the most experienced and successful redistricting company in the state of Louisiana. This is Data Center's 5th US Census: 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2020.
Cedric Floyd, President, has been certified as an expert demographer in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. Cedric has worked as an expert on 16 Voting Cases, all successful.
